Our Products
What good is a driveshaft that has cheap metal parts? Our driveshaft parts are made with aerospace grade 7075-T6 aluminum for the best strength to weight ratio. 7075-T6 aluminum has nearly double the tensile strength of the more common used 6061-T6 which most other manufacturers use.
Quality assurance
We perform torque tests and fatigue cycle tests on every batch to ensure the quality of our driveshafts. Torque tests are done at 5500Nm (4056lb ft) of torque and our cycle tests demand a minimum of 100,000 cycles at 2000Nm (1475lb ft) of torque. The cycle tests serve to ensure the bond between our metal joint and the carbon fiber tube is durable enough to last many years without loosening.
Every single driveshaft that leaves our factory is tested for rotational balance and vibrations at high RPM. You can expect our driveshafts to be perfectly balanced and without vibration for speeds up to 9000 RPM.
